The Africa Climate Ambassadors Programme (ACAP) is a continental programme by Jacob’s Ladder Africa (JLA) that empowers expert leaders and youth to shape Africa’s narrative and leadership in global climate action. Since its inception ACAP has developed a powerful network of ambassadors and fellows advancing solutions in energy and green industrialization, climate finance, agriculture and land use, green building, health and sanitation and the creative economy.

Flagship Youth Finance Fellowship: The Africa Youth Climate Finance Fellowship (AYCFF) 2025 brings together 30 exceptional young leaders from 18 African countries for a nine-month program designed to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and networks to drive climate finance solutions for Africa’s just transition. Through expert-led training, mentorship, and practical projects, fellows are empowered to champion inclusive climate finance, lead innovation, and accelerate Africa’s green transition.
